Childhood obesity tops the headlines in newspapers and magazines across the country. At Cheshire Fitness Zone, we've developed Kid's First, a cutting-edge weight management program for children, that teaches you and your child how to combat the threats of being overweight.

We are currently developing a group class schedule for the 2009-2010 school year. You also have the option to have your child work 1-on-1 with one of our staff members who will work with you and your child to develop a fitness program designed specifically with your goals in mind.
