Craig Goldstein, MSPT, CSCS – owner
Craig graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Master's degree in physical therapy. He opened the Fitness Zone in 2001. In addition to being a physical therapist, Craig is a Certified Strength and conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. He specializes in working with children of all abilities including developmental delay, cerebral palsy, torticollis, sports conditioning and seating and positioning.

Michelle Brennan, MSPT
Michelle graduated from UCONN with a Masters degree in physical therapy.  She was a staff therapist at CCMC before transitioning to the Birth to Three system.  Michelle joined the Fitness Zone staff in 2007 and has experience in multiple treatment settings which include outpatient, school, early intervention and home care.  She holds a special interest in early childhood development.

Payal Dharamsey, DPT
Payal graduated from Quinnipiac University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She joined the Fitness Zone staff in 2009 and has experience in the pediatric outpatient setting as well as in the orthopedic outpatient setting.

Jennifer Blair, OTR-L
Jennifer graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She has experience in working with children in multiple settings which include school, outpatient and early intervention. Jennifer holds a special interest in sensory integration.

Kimberly Doherty, MS CCC-SLP
Kim graduated from SCSU with a Master’s in Speech Therapy.  She practiced speech therapy at Spring Glen Elementary School in Hamden for 6 years prior to joining the Fitness Zone staff in 2009.  She has experience working with children of all ages and all abilities in the school setting as well as in a clinic setting.

Kristen Erdmann, MPT
Kristen graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Masters degree in physical therapy.  She joined the Fitness Zone staff in January, 2007.  Kristen has experience working with children of all ages and all abilities in a variety of settings including outpatient, school, aquatics and early intervention.  She holds a special interest in aquatic therapy.

Lauren Cieslewski, MSPT
Lauren graduated from UCONN with a Masters degree in physical therapy.  Prior to joining the Fitness Zone staff in 2009, Lauren worked at the Center for Pediatric Therapy in Wallingford.  She has experience in both the outpatient and school settings.  Lauren holds a special interest in early childhood development.

Jessica Bella, PT Aide
Jessica graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's in Sports Management and Health Fitness. She is currently working on her PT Assistant degree at Naugatuck Community College.

Jessica Beaudoin, OTR-L
Jessica graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She has experience working with both adult and pediatric populations across a variety of treatment settings. Jessica has worked in the outpatient, home care and skilled nursing settings as well as in the school setting. Jessica specializes in fine motor skills, handwriting and sensory integration.

 
Tori West, MS CCC-SLP
Tori graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with an MS in Communication Disorders.  She has been a practicing speech-language pathologist in both New York and Connecticut.  She has experience working with children of all abilities and ages across a variety of settings, including schools, clinic, and Birth-to-Three.
