Sports Training at the Zone
Whether your child wants to join a team or wants to be better prepared for the team season, Cheshire Fitness Zone is the ultimate facility for sports training. Area coaches recognize that training programs at Cheshire Fitness Zone can enhance a young athlete's ability to play. Success in sports takes more than the right training and equipment. At Cheshire Fitness Zone, we train athletes in a comprehensive program of aerobics, strength conditioning and flexibility.
Athletes receive a strategic individualized plan targeting their specific needs. So whether you're a rookie or a veteran player, we'll develop a training program that will provide you with the essential fitness components of a comprehensive training program. We regularly reassess performance to be sure training is moving forward. And athletes are able to see results for themselves.
Sports Training is offered in a wide variety of settings: one to one personal training, partner training with two athletes or team training with up to 30 team members. Lifestyle coaching and nutritional counseling are also incorporated into training regiments. Our professional staff is trained and certified to work with athletes age 10 and older.
