Girls age 12 to 15 have their own fitness
needs. Whether they are already physically active or they
need more fitness in their lives, Cheshire Fitness Zone
has developed a program that targets this important time
in a young woman’s lives. Our goal is to teach physical
activity and fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle along
with positive self-esteem and improved self-confidence.
Our weekly 60 minute class targets cardio conditioning
as well as strength training, take full advantage of the
fitness equipment designed specifically for this age group.
Our state-of-the-art youth equipment maximizes each member’s
potential for success. Our youth-fitness certified instructors
deliver a heart pumping workout – with an emphasis
on fun – each week. What’s more, group exercise
has proven to be more successful and rewarding for this
age group. |
