Youth Fitness
1 - Ages 6 - 8
60 minutes of cardio and strength building exercise using
state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Agility drills, coordination
activities and balance strengthening games are all intended
to keep kids moving and to improve their overall physical
fitness. Members use our cardio equipment, Kids 'N Motion
Youth Fitness Equipment, as well as multiple fitness stations.
Youth Fitness 2 - Ages 10
- 13
60 minutes of fitness activities focusing on speed, agility,
overall quickness, first step reaction, coordination and
balance. Class includes weight training program targeting
strength, power, posture and confidence. Members use Youth
Fitness Equipment, multiple fitness stations as well as
cardio equipment.
