Cheshire Fitness Zone is an exceptional local resource for pediatric physical therapy, youth fitness and fitness for women. Under the direction of Craig Goldstein, a board certified physical therapist, Cheshire Fitness Zone offers fitness classes, sports training, birthday parties and a health club exclusively for women.
