Opportunities to Learn, Lead, and Grow
At CFZ, therapists enjoy flexible schedules and the opportunity to work across different clinic locations, gaining experience with a wide range of diagnoses, treatment approaches, and specialty programs. Our offerings include aquatic therapy, feeding therapy, pelvic health, dynamic movement intervention, and cage therapy. This allows therapists to expand their skills and explore new areas of interest within pediatric care.
Room to Create and Lead
Staff are encouraged to bring new ideas to life. Whether it is a social skills group, a themed therapeutic activity series, or a specialty program that supports developmental goals, we love seeing team members create programming that promotes growth, connection, and fun for the families we serve.
The Mentorship Program
Your First 6 Weeks, Supported Every Step of the Way
Every new therapist is paired with a dedicated mentor to help ease the transition into their role. During your first six weeks, your mentor will guide you through treatment planning, documentation expectations, collaboration with other disciplines, and daily clinic routines. They are also a consistent resource for questions, feedback, and support as you settle in.
This structured, hands-on program helps new therapists build confidence, feel connected, and step into their role with clarity and community.
